Advice to a Younger Me

The list of stupid things we’ve done at 18-years-old could go on forever. It’s the age where we legally become adult women, and as soon as we spit all over the swirly candles of our sprinkled ice cream cake, we begin thinking that we’ve got it all figured out. For many of us here at BMC, 18 is just a speck in our rear-view mirrors. We’re older but wiser, and if we could turn back the wheels of time, we’d love to have a word with our younger selves.
We asked some of the ladies at BMC:
If you could give your 18-year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be?

"Choose a career that you’re passionate about. Right out of high school, you really don’t know what you’re doing. It makes more sense if you spend time studying what you want to do.”

"For the life of your skin and all that is holy, listen to your mom and wear the damn sunscreen! Your skin is NOT invincible, and she will revolt - I promise you"
