Here's How

1. 
   On clean prepped nails apply Base Coat. Then stamp the striped design from BM-XL356 using I See Blue. 
2. 
   Next grab the small heart design using Straight Up Black. Then pick up the image with your stamper and apply it directly onto the nail. Wipe up any excess polish with a Clean Up Brush and acetone. Apply Top Coat to finish.
