Here's How

1. 
   After prepping your nails with the Calcium Rich Base Coat and Cuticle Care Nail Tape, apply Lunar Lines and Cosmic Latte polish to a makeup sponge.
2. 
   Sponge on the polish to create the medium gradient from blue to purple. Wait for your first application to dry, and then apply a new layer again.
3. 
   Once the polish dries, apply the Halloween Rub On Decal and press down firmly. Then paint a thick coat of top coat.
