Here's How

1. 
   On clean prepped nails, apply one coat of Bam! White.
2. 
   Using Straight-Up Black and your Monocle Stamper pick up eye image The Rythmn/Seeing Monsters (m123).  
3. 
   Using a Poli Peel, then use a Nail Art Brush and Rave Babe color in the eye pattern. Once the polish is dry apply Top Coat over the entire design, then wait for it to completely dry.
4. 
   Using tweezers peel off the decal. Paint your nails with Top Coat and quickly place the design on while your nails are still wet. Clean up and trim away any excess with scissors.
5. 
   Apply Top Coat to finish!
