Here's How

1. 
   On clean prepped nails paint your favorite polish color, then wait until they are completely dried.
2. 
   Using tweezers select your favorite Holographic Nail Vinyl. Place the vinyl directly onto the nail and firmly press down to remove any air bubbles.
3. 
   Trim away any vinyl excess with scissors then apply Top Coat to finish.
