irst order ship within 1-3 days of purchase. Normal shipping time is between 3-7 business days within the US. For renewal, your card will be charged on the 1st of each month and generally takes between 3-5 days of processing with your box arriving between the 10th-15th of each month.
Sure! If you have a monthly plan, you can easily do this under your "My Account". Click on "Manage Subscription" to skip an upcoming month. For prepaid plans, please email us manixme@maniology.com and we can help you manage your subscription. If you want to skip a kit, you must contact us before the last day of the previous month. For example, if you want to skip the December kit (which will renew on December 1st), you must contact us before November 30th.
YES! We have recently opened our box to ship internationally to select countries. Please check our Shipping & Returns page for the list of international countries we currently ship to!
Yes! You can cancel at any time. You must CALL or EMAIL us at manixme@maniology.com so we can assist you with the cancellation. For prepaid subscriptions (3 months prepaid or 6 months prepaid), you will forfeit your savings if you cancel prior to the end of your subscription period. For instance, if you cancel your 6 months subscription after 1 month. You will receive $91.80-$18=$73.80 in the refund.
For existing subscribers, you will receive an email preview on the 20th of the month to see the upcoming theme. You must be a newsletter subscriber to receive our email content. You may also see the upcoming theme on the 23rd of the month when our theme switches prior to your renewal on the 1st of the following month.

I have enjoyed the box. It is time consuming but being able to paint and telling a little story while using your imagination is nice. I enjoy the detailed images. Some of the images are too big but halfseys is fun too. I was going to downgrade my box but for 6 extra bucks I get cheap stamping polish so why not. (Clutter is not good and I skip if things have glitter. I wish the free by you could pass too.) Thank you for giving me a creative outlet Maniology.

CanadaI am ecstatic with these plates I can customize a reindeer or a gingerbread man! I love that. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the "surprise gift". I got gold studs and they aren't something I would ever consider purchasing and I know that I won't use them because I'm terrified to spill them all over. To me they don't seem practical because the middle is dented in so it doesn't seem like them would stick.
