It’s the perfect color and plates for Halloween.

The polish is very sheer over black. Came out of the box with the lid dented, and when I unscrewed it, a bunch of polish had dried around the neck of the bottle.

This is a great polish. It's exactly as pictured, and works well as a base polish or stamping polish. It is great for spring, summer, and fall manis!
