Sticky Base Coat, meet your new best friend. This combo is a match made in heaven. Glacier nail powder is an ultra-fine dark teal nail art powder with a gentle sheen and shiny mirror finish that can be used easily with our Sticky Base Coat. Create beautiful shimmery manicures or sparkly stamping designs. 

For Easy Use:

1. Paint on a layer of Sticky Base Coat and wait for 1-1:30 minutes or until tacky.
2. While waiting, use the sponge applicator to work the nail powder onto a stamper head, covering evenly. Remember: a little goes a long way.
3. Once your Sticky Base is tacky, stamp your powder directly onto the nail. Your powder should transfer smoothly. Perfect the look by gently dabbing and rubbing nail powder into any uneven spots. 
4. Seal with a No Smudge Top Coat. 

This twist-top container includes 0.5 grams of powder, more than enough for multiple manicures and pedicures.
