Why Become a Maniology Ambassador?
You love nail art, and so do we! Share your love for nail stamping and Maniology products while earning commission on qualifying sales you genuinely refer to Maniology.
How Does the Program Work?
- You will receive access to an Ambassador dashboard and a unique discount code and/or referral link.
- You may share your code and referral links through approved promotional channels.
- Your dashboard will display sales attributed to your account. However, tracked sales are pending until reviewed and approved by Maniology.
- Commissions are earned only on qualifying, authenticated referrals that comply with these Terms & Conditions.
A conversion appearing in your dashboard does not automatically guarantee commission approval or payment.
Qualifications
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Reside in the United States; and
- Have an active Maniology customer account using the email address provided with your application.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in your application being declined or your account being removed from the program.
Getting Started
Complete the Ambassador Program application. If accepted, you will receive an email with access to your dashboard, where you can find your referral tools and view tracked activity.
All tracked commissions remain pending until Maniology verifies that the referral and resulting order qualify under these terms.
Promotional Rules
To protect the integrity of the program and ensure commissions are awarded to ambassadors who genuinely introduce or refer customers to Maniology, the following rules apply:
- Do not post your ambassador code on Maniology-owned or operated channels, including our social media accounts, advertisements, website, community groups, customer posts, or customer photos.
- Do not submit, post, distribute, or allow your code or referral link to appear on coupon websites, deal websites, coupon databases, discount forums, code-sharing platforms, shopping portals, or similar services. This includes, but is not limited to, Reddit and websites that collect or publish promotional codes.
- Ambassador codes and referral links may not be promoted through browser extensions, browser plug-ins, toolbars, shopping assistants, cashback tools, automated coupon finders, or similar technologies. This includes services such as Honey, Capital One Shopping, and other tools that automatically search for, display, apply, or inject coupon codes.
-
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Cookie stuffing or cookie injection;
- Forced clicks or automatic redirects;
- Attribution hijacking or overwriting another referral;
- Automatically applying or displaying an ambassador code;
- Using pop-ups, toolbars, extensions, scripts, software, or other technology to intercept a customer at checkout;
- Paid search advertisements using “Maniology,” Maniology trademarks, or confusingly similar terms;
- Misrepresenting yourself as Maniology or as an official Maniology advertisement, promotion, or customer-service channel.
- Ambassadors may not engage in any promotional practice that Maniology determines to be misleading, deceptive, unauthorized, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
Posting or distributing a code through a prohibited channel may result in denied commissions and immediate suspension or removal from the program, with or without prior notice.
Coupon Sites, Browser Extensions, and Unauthenticated Conversions
Maniology reviews orders and conversions to validate the authenticity and source of each referral.
Any conversion associated with a coupon website, deal aggregator, browser extension, shopping assistant, cashback service, automated coupon tool, cookie-injection method, or other unauthorized source may be denied—even if the affiliate platform initially attributes the conversion to an Ambassador’s code, link, or account.
Platform attribution, last-click attribution, use of an Ambassador code, or the appearance of a conversion in the Ambassador dashboard does not, by itself, establish that the Ambassador generated an authentic referral.
Maniology reserves the sole right to determine whether a referral is authentic and eligible for commission. If we cannot reasonably verify that the customer was genuinely referred through the Ambassador’s approved promotional efforts, the conversion may be denied.
Maniology may:
- Review the referring URL, click path, order information, coupon usage, traffic source, timing, customer journey, and other available attribution data;
- Place commissions on hold while a conversion is reviewed;
- Deny or reverse pending or previously credited commissions;
- Withhold payment for conversions that cannot be authenticated;
- Suspend or terminate accounts connected to prohibited or suspicious activity; and
- Request supporting information showing where and how a referral was generated.
These actions may be taken whether or not the Ambassador knowingly submitted their code to the prohibited source. Ambassadors are responsible for monitoring where their codes and links are published and notifying Maniology if they discover unauthorized distribution.
How to Get the Most From the Program
- Promote Maniology products through your own social media, website, blog, email audience, or other approved content channels.
- Share your Ambassador code or referral link when posting original content featuring Maniology products.
- Link directly to products featured in your content to help customers find them easily.
- Include your discount code in the caption, post text, description, or profile rather than placing it prominently over your images or videos.
- Create genuine, original content that helps your audience discover Maniology and nail stamping.
Required Disclosures
Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with Maniology whenever promoting Maniology products, codes, or referral links.
Disclosures must be clear, noticeable, and placed near the promotional content. Examples include “Maniology Ambassador,” “affiliate link,” “I may earn a commission,” or an appropriate disclosure such as “#ad.”
Ambassadors are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, and social-media rules, including current Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidelines.
Qualifying Sales and Commission Payments
- Ambassadors may earn commission on qualifying sales genuinely referred through an authorized Maniology Ambassador code or referral link.
- Tracked commissions remain pending until reviewed and approved by Maniology. Only approved commissions are eligible for payment.
- Commissions are calculated from the net product price after discounts and exclude shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, refunds, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, and any other excluded amounts determined by Maniology.
- Payments are issued after an Ambassador accumulates at least $10 in approved commissions. Approved balances below $10 will roll over until the payment threshold is reached.
- Payments are issued through PayPal. Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
- Refunded, canceled, returned, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back orders do not qualify for commission. Related commissions may be denied or reversed.
- Commission is paid only once per qualifying sale.
- Duplicate referrals, self-referrals, referrals attributed to more than one promotional partner, or orders influenced by prohibited promotional methods may be denied.
- Maniology may change commission rates, payment requirements, eligible products, attribution rules, or other program details at any time. Current commission information will be available through the Ambassador dashboard or other program communications.
- Ambassador codes do not have a guaranteed expiration date and may be changed, deactivated, or terminated at any time. Inactive accounts may also be deactivated.
- Maniology’s determination regarding referral eligibility, commission approval, and program compliance is final.
Ambassador Conduct
All Ambassadors are expected to represent Maniology positively and professionally both inside and outside the program.
We may decline, suspend, or remove participants whose conduct interferes with the respectful and collaborative environment of the program or could reasonably harm Maniology, its customers, or its community. This includes content or behavior involving violence, hate speech, unlawful activity, harassment, bullying, or illegal drugs.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create an employment, agency, joint-venture, or partnership relationship between you and Maniology.
You participate as an independent contractor and have no authority to make commitments, representations, or agreements on behalf of Maniology.
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting requirements, expenses, or other obligations arising from commissions received through the program. Maniology will not withhold taxes from commission payments except where required by law.
Confidentiality
Any nonpublic information you receive through your relationship with Maniology must be treated as confidential.
You may not disclose confidential company information to any person or organization without Maniology’s prior written consent unless disclosure is legally required.
Confidential information may include unreleased products, launch plans, pricing, promotional details, program data, customer information, business strategies, and internal communications.
Suspension and Termination
Maniology may review, suspend, or terminate an Ambassador account at any time if we believe the Ambassador has:
- Violated these Terms & Conditions;
- Generated or received credit for unauthenticated or prohibited conversions;
- Participated in fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized promotional activity;
- Failed to meet program requirements;
- Created legal, reputational, or operational risk for Maniology; or
- Remained inactive for an extended period.
Violations may result in the denial or forfeiture of pending commissions, suspension of program access, code deactivation, or permanent removal from the program, with or without prior notice.
Termination of an account does not create a right to payment for pending, denied, unauthenticated, fraudulent, or nonqualifying conversions.
Additional Terms
Maniology reserves the right to update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Ambassador Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
Ambassadors may not use the program for any illegal, unauthorized, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
Continued participation in the program after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By applying for or participating in the Maniology Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Void where prohibited by law.
