Maniology Review Sweepstakes – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, REVIEW, OR POSITIVE REVIEW WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Maniology Review Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Maniology ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents worldwide who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation in this Sweepstakes is permitted under their local laws and regulations.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on June 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Option 1 – Product Review Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may submit an honest review through Maniology's review platform for any eligible Maniology product.
Each review submitted for a unique product counts as one (1) entry.
Participants may earn up to ten (10) total entries by submitting reviews for up to ten (10) different eligible products.
Duplicate reviews for the same product will not receive additional entries.
Reviews must reflect the participant's honest opinions and actual experiences with the product.
Option 2 – Alternate Free Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without submitting a review or making a purchase, send an email to connect@maniology.com with the subject line "Review Sweepstakes Entry."
Include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Country of residence
- Each email submitted counts as one (1) entry.
Participants may submit up to ten (10) total alternate entries by sending separate emails.
Entry Limit
Maximum ten (10) total entries per person regardless of entry method.
Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will occur within approximately fourteen (14) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
$100 USD Maniology Store Credit
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 USD.
The prize:
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- May not be resold
- Must be redeemed through Maniology
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the winning entry.
If:
- the winner cannot be contacted,
- fails to respond within seven (7) days,
- is determined to be ineligible, or
- fails to comply with these Official Rules,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Reviews and Content
By submitting a review, participants acknowledge that:
- Reviews should be truthful and based on actual experiences.
- Positive reviews are not required.
- Negative reviews will receive the same consideration as positive reviews.
- The content of a review does not affect the odds of winning.
Review submissions remain subject to Maniology's review guidelines and moderation policies.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, country/state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries
- Technical failures of any kind
- Internet, platform, or software malfunctions
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Maniology's Privacy Policy.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, email connect@maniology.com with the subject line:
"Review Sweepstakes Winner Request"
Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the Sweepstakes end date.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, Judge.me, YouTube, or any other third-party platform or service.
14. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by local law, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
