Hi! We are sorry to hear that you are having issues picking up polish with this plate, we have here a video talking about how to use this stamping plate here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hloE5KZSFo8 Here are some general tips when you are having trouble. 1) Be sure you are not working in a room that's too hot or cold or in a direct draft of air (AC/Fan/heater, etc) as that can speed up the polish drying process. 2) Apply enough polish to cover at least half of the design you wish to pick up. Scrape just once or twice, scraping repeatedly can remove too much polish for a proper pickup. Adjust your scraping angle to be flatter, almost parallel to the plate. 3) When in doubt, always use a lighter hand. Roll over the design gently vs pressing with pressure. 4) Be sure that you are cleaning the plate properly with 100% acetone loaded on a cotton pad. Here are a few more using this plate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILQTLxRnA1w We would love to help you troubleshoot the exact issues you are having. If you can send us a video showing us how you are currently stamping and what sorts of issues you are having, it will help us better assist you.
