Both top and base coats worked great

Both top and base coats worked great. My little owls aren't smudged and the sticky base allowed the stamp to stick so well!

I'm excited to try the no smudge top coat. I haven't had issues but I wanted to see if it would make a difference in the final result. I've used the sticky base coat many times and it works really well on dry stamps.
