STEP ONE: Apply a base coat and allow to dry.

STEP TWO: Paint the whole nail in Royal Blue.

STEP THREE: We're going to use this image on Plate MXM077 to create our eye of the storm design. Using black stamping polish, pick up the design. Then, use your detail brush and similar to color to recreate this effect.

STEP FOUR: Apply a thin, even coat of Sticky Base Coat then wait until the surface is lightly tacky. Stamp the painted design onto your nail. Repeat steps 3 and 4 on the rest of your nails. Apply Smudge Free Top Coat to seal you design.
