"5 simple steps" for nail stamping
Paint a generous amount of stamping polish onto a design.
Scape off excess polish with the edge of a scraper card, holding it at a 45 degree angle.
Quickly, roll the stamper head onto the design.
Transfer the stamp onto your nail, using a smooth rolling motion.
Finish with a layer of Smudge Free Top Coat

This polish does ultimately flow in the dark but the glow is dimmer than shown in the pictures online.

It's a nice highlighter jelly formula, but that's all. I wish mine glowed in the dark but it doesn't at all (neither in the bottle or three coats on my nails).

Was a little unsure how much this would glow, but it glows nicely on my fingernails. Toes not so much - but they would see less light during the day than my fingers. For best results paint a few layers over white polish. It is very bright on its own - but some abstract patterns stamped on in dark blue makes it less highlighter like :)

The glow is okay, but not as good as I'd hoped it would be. It's still worth having in my collection since the color on it's own in regular lighting is really something special. Pictures attached show it in both lighting conditions, but be aware the right glow pumpkin, spider, ghost, skull, and such are stickers from this box, not the polish. You can see the polish on the fully painted nails.
