We're very excited to have the opportunity to play a part in your creative journey. Your orders are processed, hand selected, and packed with love. They are shipped during business hours from Monday through Friday. If your orders are placed during the weekend or on national holidays, they will be processed the next 1-2 business day when we're open. The normal processing time now due to COVID-19 is 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday), and once packages are been processed for shipping, you will receive an email notification of a tracking number.

Our promise to you is that we will continue to find the most reliable and cost effective way to ship your order. Below are our shipping rate tables. If your country is not listed, this means we currently do not ship to your country. We continuously revisit our international shipping options so hopefully we will add more countries in the near future.

All orders shipped to Canada will be separated into 2 categories based on if your shipment does include nail polish or does not include nail polish.

Shipments without Nail Polish

Each shipment will have the choice of being mailed out with either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. USPS shipping will take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. As for UPS shipping, it could be as soon as 3-7 business days depending on province. The rates will be reflected at checkout depending on the shipping selection.

Shipments with Nail Polish

We're excited to begin shipping polish to our Canada customers again! This also means that we are able to ship out our Mani x Me Box subscriptions again.

All shipments that include polish will be mailed out with UPS. With this option, packages will receive a speedy delivery of 3-7 business days depending on province. The shipping rate is reflected based on the order value of the package:

Most orders are typically less than 2 lbs. For 2 lbs. or more, our checkout will calculate your shipping rate accordingly. Stamping & Nail Polish International Restriction:  Currently, we can only ship our nail stamping polishes with certain shipping carriers to Canada, Zone 1 and 2 countries listed above.   We will continue to seek an alternative way so that we can expand our shipping options.  

International Delivery Time Frame:  Your international order normally takes between 15-30 business days to receive – time varies according to the country. COVID-19 IMPACT: Please expect additional shipping delays due to limited availability of transportation services during the pandemic especially to certain countries. Delivery can take up to 60 days.

We are committed to providing you high-quality nail art products. If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectations, you have 365 days to return unused merchandise for an exchange or refund of the purchase price***.

Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through www.maniology.com. If your purchase was through another marketplace, please review that marketplace’s return policy as it may be different.

Items are eligible to be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged within 365 days. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds require proof of purchase via an order number from our website. ***We are able to accept refund to original form of payment for 120 days. After that, we are only able to refund using store-credit (in the form of an egiftcard to Maniology).

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

1. Print out and complete the Return/Exchange Form.

2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in original packaging if possible) and include the Return/Exchange Form. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

3. Mail returned the package to the address below using a traceable option:

Maniology will handle all returns per the Return/Exchange Form only once it has been received at the facility. On average, it may take us 3-7 business days to process your return. All refunds will be issued back to the originating account.  

NAIL ART + STAMPING BUNDLE DEALS

Maniology may offer select nail art products in a bundle which may include 2 or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.

Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Return Policy period for that individual item.

If an individual bundle item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your bundle discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle in order to receive a refund.

For example: If your bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS

We do our best to give each order the personal attention it deserves. Any defective item that was shipped incorrectly from the original invoice may be refunded or exchanged. Please include your order information and photos of the issue you are describing for speedy resolution and for our quality control purposes.
