Shipping

All orders are hand-picked, processed, packaged and shipped during business hours from Monday through Friday.  Orders placed during the weekend or on select holidays will be processed the next business day when we're open.   Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days from the order date.  Once packages have been shipped out, all customers will receive an email notification.
We ship to the U.S. and select International locations and offer flat rate shipping options. What does this mean for you?  This means you can load up your order for one, low price regardless of the size and weight of your package.

International Options: Maniology offers an economical shipping selection for our International Customers with Airmail from our courier partners. The shipping timeframe can take 15-30 business days to receive – time varies according to the country.
Customs Duty and VAT: All customers are responsible for any and all customs duty and VAT that may incur by the destination country (exception of select European countries listed below). Maniology will not be held liable for any unclaimed packages or delivery delays due to additional fees. We are unable to calculate customs fees in advanced as customs policies change depending on each country. 

European Shipping Options

If your shipment is going to any European country listed below, these rates will apply to your shipment.  For your convenience, we have enabled hassle-free duties and VAT collection and services.  Your responsibility will be calculated during checkout.  You will not be liable for any further duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your merchandise.
How the process works once you've placed your order:
Orders will be hand-picked and packaged within 1 to 2 business days.  Each week we will consolidate our European shipments in bulk to be sent via UPS to our UK Fulfillment Center for processing.  Once the shipments are processed at the UK Fulfillment Center, your package will receive a shipping status and tracking information.

Returns

We are committed to providing you high-quality nail art products. If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectations, you have 365 days to return merchandise for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.

Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through www.maniology.com. If your purchase was through another marketplace, please review that marketplace’s return policy as it may be different.

How to Return:

  1. Print out and complete the Return/Exchange Form.
  2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in original packaging if possible) and include the Return/Exchange Form. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  3. Mail returned the package to the address below using a traceable option:

Maniology will handle all returns per the Return/Exchange Form only once it has been received at the facility. On average, it may take us 1 to 2 business days to process your return. All refunds will be issued back to the originating account.

Nail Art + Nail Stamping Bundle Deals:

Maniology may offer select nail art products in a bundle which may include 2 or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.

Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Return Policy period for that individual item.

If an individual bundle item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your bundle discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle in order to receive a refund.

For example: If your bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

For Returns of Defective Items or Incorrectly Shipped Items:

Any defective item that was shipped incorrectly from the original invoice may be refunded or exchanged. Please contact us immediately at: support@maniology.com or call us at 1-800-755-1578 to request a prepaid shipping label to ship the defective or incorrect item back to us. If you are an international customer, please contact us directly and we will assess the best way to handle your situation. We may require you to email us pictures of your defective items.
