SHIPPING

We're very excited to have the opportunity to play a part in your creative journey. Your orders are processed, hand selected, and packed with love. They are shipped during business hours from Monday through Friday. If your orders are placed during the weekend or on national holidays, they will be processed the next 1-2 business day when we're open. The normal processing time now due to COVID-19 is 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday), and once packages are been processed for shipping, you will receive an email notification of a tracking number.

Our promise to you is that we will continue to find the most reliable and cost effective way to ship your order. Below are our shipping rate tables. If your country is not listed, this means we currently do not ship to your country. We continuously revisit our international shipping options so hopefully we will add more countries in the near future.

COVID-19's impact worldwide has brought us a year of unexpected changes and delays and this continued impact will be felt during this shipping season. Stamping & Nail Polish International Restriction:  Currently, we can only ship our nail stamping polishes to Zone 1 and 2 countries listed above. We will continue to seek an alternative way so that we can expand our shipping options.  

International Delivery Time Frame:  Your international order normally takes between 15-30 business days to receive – time varies according to the country. COVID-19 IMPACT: Please expect additional shipping delays due to limited availability of transportation services during the pandemic especially to certain countries. Delivery can take up to 60 days.  

Customs Duty and VAT: All customers are responsible for any and all customs duty, taxes, and VAT that may incur by the destination country. Maniology will not be held liable for any unclaimed packages or delivery delays due to additional fees. We are unable to calculate customs fees in advanced as customs policies change depending on each country.

Holiday Seasons: During the holiday season, the Customs Department may experience a higher volume of packages resulting in additional delays.

We are committed to providing you high-quality nail art products. If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectations, you have 365 days to return merchandise for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.

Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through www.maniology.com. If your purchase was through another marketplace, please review that marketplace’s return policy as it may be different.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

1. Print out and complete the Return/Exchange Form.

2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in original packaging if possible) and include the Return/Exchange Form. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

3. Mail returned the package to the address below using a traceable option:

Maniology will handle all returns per the Return/Exchange Form only once it has been received at the facility. On average, it may take us 1 to 2 business days to process your return. All refunds will be issued back to the originating account.

NAIL ART + STAMPING BUNDLE DEALS

Maniology may offer select nail art products in a bundle which may include 2 or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.

Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Return Policy period for that individual item.

If an individual bundle item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your bundle discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle in order to receive a refund.

For example: If your bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS

We do our best to give each order the personal attention it deserves. Any defective item that was shipped incorrectly from the original invoice may be refunded or exchanged. Please include your order information and photos of the issue you are describing for speedy resolution and for our quality control purposes. If you are an international customer, please contact us directly and we will assess the best way to handle your situation.
