Please expect 1-2 business days of processing time in addition to shipping time.
Merch: All merch are made-to-order and will be processed and shipped by our shipping partner within the contiguous USA. You will receive a separate tracking for merch items. Merch purchases do not contribute to the $50 threshold for free shipping; this offer applies only to orders containing $50 worth of Maniology stamping-related products shipped from our Hawaii warehouse.
Weekend and Holiday Ordering: Orders typically process within 1 to 3 business days, with our aim to ship the following business day during regular hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm HST, excluding federal holidays. Please allow additional processing time during the Holiday Season.
Canada orders have the option to be shipped with regular air mail or UPS Express.
USPS shipping will take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. As for UPS shipping, it could be as soon as 3-7 business days, depending on the province. The rates will be reflected at checkout, depending on the shipping selection.

We are committed to providing you high-quality nail art products. If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectations, you have 365 days to return unused items for an exchange or refund of the purchase price***.
Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through www.maniology.com. If your purchase was through another marketplace, please review that marketplace’s return policy as it may be different.
Items are eligible to be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged within 365 days. Clearance or Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds require proof of purchase via an order number from our website. ***We are able to accept refund to original form of payment for 120 days. After that, we are only able to refund using store-credit (in the form of an egiftcard to Maniology). Shipping insurance and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Maniology will handle all returns per the Return/Exchange Form only once it has been received at the facility. On average, it may take us 3-7 business days to process your return. All refunds will be issued back to the originating account minus shipping fee. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer. If you received an item in error, please email us for further assistance.
Maniology may offer select nail art products in a bundle which may include 2 or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Return Policy period for that individual item.
If an individual bundle item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your bundle discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle in order to receive a refund.
For example: If your bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Mani x Me subscription box or Express Kit can only be returned for a refund if the entire box or kit is returned. We do not accept partial return of the subscription box or express kit.
We do our best to give each order the personal attention it deserves. Any defective item or item that was shipped incorrectly from the original invoice may be refunded or exchanged. Please include your order information and photos of the issue you are describing for speedy resolution and for our quality control purposes.
