Instructions for Longevity:

This topper is a Smudge-Free formula! Due to the nature of this formula, we recommend adding a layer of Speed Dry Top Coat or your favorite top coat on top of our Smudge Free for added protection, longevity, and shine.  This is especially important if you routinely use hand sanitizer as the alcohol content wears off this top coat quicker.
