Why be a Maniology Amb?

You love nail art, we love nail art! Share your love for nail stamping and Maniology products and earn a commission for even more nail art or other sweet things in life. :)

How does this work?

• You will receive a login to the program, where you will receive an AMB discount code for you to share with others.
• You can use your discount code, related banners, or text advertisements to track the sales in real time.
• We will send you a commission of all sales attributed to your AMB discount code!

Qualifications

To be considered, you must be 18 years or older, reside in the United States or Canada, and have a customer account on Maniology when applying (you will need this account email address to create a login).

Unfortunately, failure to meet these requirements will disqualify you from the program.

How can we get started?

To start, just fill out the sign-up form. Once signed up you will receive a confirmation email with a login to your dashboard. From your dashboard, you can track everyone who uses your discount code and will see your commission in real-time.  

What are the rules?

1. It is against the Maniology Amb Program rules to post your coupon code on any of our social media platforms, our community page, our website, or on any of our customer's photos.
2. You cannot submit your code to coupon databases or on any coupon/discount websites like reddit.com. This will result in the immediate termination of your account. We do check!

**Posting your code elsewhere will result in the decline of payment for those sales made and suspension or removal from the Maniology AMB program.**

How can I get the most out of the Ambassador Program?

1. You should promote your discount code on your social platforms (such as Instagram and Snapchat) whenever you promote or create content using our products.  
2. Create links directly to the products featured in your content so it’s easy to find while promoting your discount code.
3. Avoid putting your discount code directly in your video or picture, as it is distracting. Instead, place your discount code in the text of your post or as a part of your profile.  

How do I get paid?

1. Ambassadors shall receive a commission for referring authorized sales via coupon provided by Maniology Ambassador Program to Maniology’s website. Coupon codes do not have an expiration date but can be terminated at any time shall an Ambassador becomes inactive.
2. The commission is based on the net price (net of any discounts provided to the customer) of the sold product. Payments are made only once an Ambassador has generated a minimum of $10 worth of commissions. If you have not earned the $10 threshold within a given month, the commission will roll over to the following month until you meet the $10 threshold, where you will be issued your payment via Paypal.  
3. Commission rates may be changed at any time by Maniology and current applicable commission rates may be viewed by logging into Ambassador’s account.
4. Refunded payments do not qualify for commission fees. To the extent a customer receives a refund, no commission shall be paid to the Ambassador.
5. A commission is paid only once on any sales.  

Program Behaviors Requirements:

All active ambassadors must positively represent the company inside and outside the program. Behaviors that interfere with or undermine the level of teamwork and respect that are critical to a safe group environment will be removed from the program. People that promote violence, hate speech, weapons, drugs, bullying, etc., will also be declined and removed.

Relationship:

This Agreement shall not be construed to create any employment relationship, agency relationship, or partnership between you and Maniology. You will provide services for Maniology as an independent contractor. You will have no authority to bind yourself to the company. Maniology will not be responsible for any taxes you owe arising from your relationship with Maniology as outlined in this Agreement. Maniology will not withhold any taxes from the commissions paid to you.

Confidentiality:

Any information you are exposed to by your relationship with Maniology under these terms and policies, which information is not available to the general public, shall be considered confidential company information. You may not disclose confidential company information to any person or entity, except where compelled by law, unless you obtain prior written consent for such disclosure from Maniology.

Some fine prints:

Maniology reserves the right to update and change the Terms & Conditions from time to time with or without notice. Ambassador may not use the program for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Any sales generated through improper promotion will result in a loss of commission or removal from the program. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspending your right to be an Ambassador and may result in loss of commission and/or removal from the program.

The rules are simple! Your participation in our AMB program is goverend by the Program Terms & Rules. These rules are important for you to stay active in the program.  

1. It is against the Maniology Amb Program rules to post your coupon code on any of our social media platforms, our community page, our website, or on any of our customer's photos.
2. You cannot submit your code to coupon databases or on any coupon/discount websites and browser extensions. This will result in the immediate termination of your account and decline of payment for those sales.
3. You must be 18 years or older to participate in the program.
4. Be kind and respectful to other ambassadors.

Now you are able to use your own Ambassador code for your own purchases! Show yourself some love with new nail stamping plates and polishes while receiving a discount and commission on your purchases.  

Your Ambassador Code will work on all maniology.com purchases except for the purchase of a subscription. Since our website only accepts one coupon code at a time, your Ambassador code cannot be combined with any other discount code at checkout.

There are a few situations where your AMB code won't work on an order and it's important to note this for your friends and family.

• An order containing all clearance items will not receive any further discounts or commission.  
• Mystery items order will not be further discounted so those items will also not earn a commission.
• During sitewide sales where a code has been applied across the site, you will not be able to add on another code.

Your Ambassador account will be your go-to for everything you need! All Ambassador accounts are created through an affiliate management site called Refersion. There you can do things like keep track of your sales and commission, update payment info, or find your Referral Code if you ever forget it! Once you log in, Ambassadors can access the following:

• Referral Code (Ambassador Code)
• Conversion Details
• Payment History
• Paypal Information
• Account Settings

Your login is the email you used to apply to the program with and the password you entered on your application as well! If you can't remember your password, make sure you reset your password through Refersion. Refersion is FREE for all affiliates.

Life happens! If you no longer want to be an Ambassador, we totally understand! Sometimes it just doesn't work for you. You can cancel your account directly at Refersion or just email at connect@maniology.com and let us know and we can cancel your ambassador account for you! No hard feelings!
