Maniology resumes shipping to India and Israel (As of 6/29/2020)

Yay! Happy news!

Effective immediately we will resume shipping our polishes to our Canadian customers and we couldn't be happier. This means we can also resume shipments of our Mani x Me box subscriptions. Because many of us are still feeling the impacts of COVID-19, there may be some shipping delays in the delivery. We ask for your continued patience.

Shipping delays within the USA (As of 5/20/2020)

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States. Although we are shipping and processing our orders on our promise of 1-2 business days, please expect delivery to be extended due to global and environmental factors that are impacting all delivery services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Suspended Shipping Service to Canada for Orders with Nail Polish (As of 5/12/2020)

We regret to inform our customers that COVID-19 has put some restrictions on shipping services that otherwise you have become accustomed to. We have been receiving a high rate of return packages - specifically packages including any type of nail/stamping polish. We are monitoring this situation closely and will update as restrictions are lifted.

At this time we will suspend any shipping service to Canada that includes nail polish. This also affects any Mani x Me Box subscriptions as well. If you are a Mani x Me Box subscriber located in Canada and would like to temporarily update your subscription to our Mani x Me Kit, please contact us directly at manixme@maniology for assistance. Our kits includes everything in the subscription except polish which will allow us to ship to you.

If you are located in Canada and are not including any polish into your order, you may continue placing your order as usual. This restriction does not affect you.

SUSPENDED SHIPPING SERVICES TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS (AS OF 4/29/2020)

COVID-19 has affected many of our daily work operations and unfortunately it has trickled into our shipping process. With COVID-19's ever changing policies we are restricted to ship to countries that we would normally service. We are closely monitoring the shipping situation that has affected us globally. We do hope to lift our shipping restrictions as more countries open and get back to shipping as usual. We ask at this time if your country has been affected by our suspended service that you follow this page for further updates. We appreciate your understanding and we're sorry for this inconvenience. Please continue to stay safe and healthy.

Temporarily suspending shipping service to the following countries effective 4/29/2020 until further notice: Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Chile, Colombia, French Polynesia, India, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Maldives, New Caledonia, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago and Tunisia.

Our Response to COVID-19 (As of 3/17/2020)

We hope you are all staying safe and strong as our world grapples with coronavirus (COVID-19). As we will all be spending more time at home in the coming days, we suspect we’ll be seeing your creativity and nail art flourish. We hope that you’ll continue to inspire and add beauty to the world by sharing your amazing creations with the rest of our Maniology community.

As we all continue to do our part to fight COVID-19, we want to share our changes here at Maniology and how this may potentially impact you. The well-being and safety of our team remains our top priority. We have taken precautionary steps in response to this developing public health impact such as increased cleaning procedures and having the majority of our team work remotely, with the exception of our packaging and order fulfillment department. At this time, there are no changes to our order fulfillment time. For delivery services within the US using USPS, there is currently no impact but we are following up on this daily with USPS’s update.

Our plan is to continue to provide all the right tools and inspiring content to fuel your creativity, positivity, and some stamping happiness here at Maniology.com and through our social channels. As the situation continues to evolve, we’ll make sure that you’re informed. Stay connected and safe, and together we will conquer this.
