Mani Circle Reward Program Terms & Conditions


Mani Circle ("the Program") is sponsored by Remi Collections, LLC, DBA Maniology (“the Company”)


You may become a member of Mani Circle ("Membership") free of charge in any country that we currently ship to and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. You may apply for membership online at To establish your Membership, you need to provide your first and last name, a valid email address, zip code, and phone number.  In order to start earning reward stamps, you must have a current and active customer account on  A customer account is not automatically created when you make a purchase.  

Program communications, offers, and reward information will be sent via email; therefore, a valid email address is required for Membership. You are responsible for providing any changes or updates to your contact information, which may be made online at or by calling 1-800-755-1578. 


By enrolling in the Program, you are confirming that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you accept these terms and conditions, and you give the Company the right to use your transactional and profile data to send personalized Program communications and special offers to the email address provided during enrollment.

You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program terms. The terms published in the Mani Circle Rewards section of Maniology website ( will be the applicable terms for the Program. The most current online version of these terms will supersede all previous versions of these terms.

Maniology reserves the right to terminate or change the Program, or any portion thereof, at any time, without prior written or electronic notice. Regardless of how you participate in the Program, benefits can be changed or terminated at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Maniology. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may cancel your Membership. For details on how to cancel your Membership, see below.  The Program is void where prohibited by law.


When you make a valid purchase at and have an active account, you earn stamps on the eligible purchase amount at the rate of 10 stamps per US dollar spent (additional stamps are rewarded for VIP tiers), rounded to the nearest dollar. The eligible purchase amount is the transaction total for merchandise after any discounts and does NOT include taxes, shipping, or purchases of gift cards.

Transactions that can earn stamps ("eligible transactions") include all of your purchases of merchandise at In order to earn stamps for online transactions at, you must have an online account at and be logged in for the online transaction. A transaction may earn stamps for only one Mani Circle account.

Stamps cannot be earned or claimed on purchases made prior to your enrollment date. Stamps have no cash or other monetary value, are not transferable, and may not be sold, resold, exchanged, or bartered. Stamps are issued into your account approximately 48 hours after the date of the eligible transaction unless otherwise noted.

If stamps are not issued for an eligible transaction, you may request the missing stamps up to 90 days after the original transaction at by emailing us at You will be asked to provide certain transaction-related information to verify the purchase. All requests are subject to verification. The Company's decision as to whether or not stamps will be earned is final.

The Company may adjust your account status or stamps balance at any time and without notice, due to any computer or other error, technical issues experienced by the Company, machine malfunction, fraud, or other misuses of Membership.

All transactions involving stamps are subject to review and verification by the Company.  Stamps you earn or are awarded may be subject to taxation, for which you are solely responsible. The Company will not be responsible for any tax consequences which may flow from your Membership.

You may review your stamp balance and account activity by logging into your Maniology Mani Circle account at


Stamps will expire each day on a rolling basis if you have not earned or spent points in the past 1 Year (365 days). So if you spent stamps or earned stamps, then it resets this expiration time. When your stamps expire, your account will become zero.  It is your responsibility to keep track of the status of your earned stamps.  We will not be able to reinstate stamps if they have expired due to inactivity.  


We use your eligible earning activities within one full calendar year to determine your VIP tier.  You have one full year to earn your VIP tier and one full year to enjoy the benefits of that tier.  Your VIP status may change at any time depending on the Program terms with or without notice at the discretion of the Company. 


Rewards earned through reaching VIP tiers or from the redemption of stamps have an active period of 6 months.  It is your responsibility to keep track of the status of your rewards and use them within the active timeframe.  We will not be able to adjust or reinstate rewards that have expired due to inactivity.  


Any stamps you earn on a purchase are deducted from your account if you return the merchandise.


You must provide and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with your Membership, including name, email address, and telephone number. You can update your account information at


Our Program allows members to earn rewards by referring friends to become new customers on  To participate, Members must agree to these terms and conditions.  Members can earn a referral reward if a referred friend becomes a customer and makes a purchase.  Referrals can only be used on new customers and are not applicable to existing customers with or without an active account on  Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.  Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites.  Members are prohibited from "spamming" anyone with referral invitations.  This includes mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know.  Referred friends who have signed up using a valid referral link will receive a reward in the form of a coupon in the amount indicated in the referral invitation that can be used on their next purchase at The Company reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or orders, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms and conditions, or Maniology's Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected.  

A referred friend may only use one referral link.  If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Members, only the Member associated with the referral link actually used by the referred friend will be rewarded.  We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove reward Stamps if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violations of our Terms & Conditions.  We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate. 


You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time by calling Customer Service: at 800-755-1578.  If you cancel your Membership, your account will be closed, your stamp balance will be zero and you will no longer have Membership benefits. The Company, in its sole discretion, may terminate your Membership without notice if continued use of your Membership would violate any of these terms and conditions or applicable law. For example, if the Company has a valid reason to believe your account is being used fraudulently, Membership will be terminated. If your Membership is terminated, your account will be closed, your stamp balance will be zero and you will no longer have Membership benefits.
