Here's How

1. 
   Paint nails with Bam! White. Let polish dry.
2. 
   Paint a triangle with Crimson Red near the cuticle's edge.
3. 
   Above the triangle, paint the middle section of the nail with Sky Blue.
4. 
   After, cover the tip of the nail with Orange Peel.
5. 
   With a striping brush, use Straight-Up Black to create three horizontal lines.
6. 
   Continue on with using the brush to create an outline of the triangle and another in the colored area.
7. 
   Then use the brush to create two vertical lines on each side of the white polished area.
8. 
   Create three triangles in the blue polished area.
9. 
   With a dotting tool, add a dot in each triangle in the blue polished area.
10. 
    Add diagonal lines coming from the left on the bottom row and from the right on upper row. Finish the look with top coat.
