Last month, we asked you all to share stories about why you do your nails and what inspires you to keep creating nail art. We were shook! 😱 We got an overwhelming response by hundreds of customers, and we were completely moved by all the amazing things that you guys shared...
2018 kicked off as a brainstorming year for us. One of the main topics that we kept circling back to was “how can we impact our community?” Giving back was always something we felt strongly about, so we knew this was the year to do it!
Nail art isn’t just a “girly little thing” that we like to do. Maybe at times, we’ll match our manicure to a cute top or dress up our nails for some holiday festivity. But sometimes, nail art is an expression of our true feelings and beliefs. A little while ago, we received a beautiful email from a beloved fan named Sarah. Her message captured how meaningful this form of expression is for us nail junkies, and we wanted to share it with all of you.
Autumn, the creative nail artist behind @justagirlandhernails is no stranger to Maniology and to nail stamping. Shamelessly, we’ve been partnering with her up for a while so going forward with a collaborative nail plate was a no brainer! This plate is filled with a mixture of sea-tastical and hippy moon child themes, Just a Girl and Her Nails plate will have you in chill-ohm mode in no time.
What's cuter than whales, cinnamon buns, lambs, or puppy paws? Nothing that we can think of! That's just a few of the absolutely adorable designs that Minnie thought up when she started designing her collaboration plate.
Menstruals. Period. Aunt Flo. On the rag. That time of the month. Y’all know where I’m heading with this. Periods have been women’s burden to bear since women have been women. It’s the subject not talked about--continuing the stigma of taboo topics to keep off the table. NO MORE! Our lady bits need love and care, and who better to give it than you?
