Here's How

1. 
   On clean prepped nails apply one coat of Red Hot. Optional- apply Poli Peel around the cuticle line for quick clean up.
2. 
   Next, using Straight Up Black your Stamper and Scraper. Apply polish to plate BM-XL360 and apply it directly onto the nail. Then re-stamp that design to create a connecting point.
3. 
   Remove the Poli peel and wipe up any excess polish with a Clean Up Brush and acetone. Apply Top Coat to finish.
